The following rules shall apply to both Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs at Oswal Arts and Commerce College:

1. Full Refund in Case of Death
In the unfortunate event of the death of a student, the entire fee for the concerned term shall be refunded to the nominee/legal guardian of the student.

2. Refund within 15 Days of Fee Payment
If a student applies for cancellation within 15 days from the date of fee payment, for any reason whatsoever, the tuition fee (including laboratory fee, if applicable) shall be refunded after deducting 15% of the tuition and lab fee as administrative charges.

3. Refund on Admission Cancellation with Seat Replacement
If a student cancels his/her admission and another student is admitted in the same seat, the tuition fee (including laboratory fee, if applicable) for the concerned term shall be refunded after deducting 25% as cancellation charges.
